I was introduced to Shane, and to the concept of Virtual Assistant by a friend in 1999. She nursed me through the teething problems of a newly established business, supported me through the toddler stagejeanredpaths, and has been a constant source of information and practical help, encouragement and moral support since then.

She is prompt in her responses, efficient, imaginative, resourceful and always cheerful. My first thought when faced with another bump in the business road is indeed to “Ask Shane” I wish her nothing but success, but I do dread the day she may win the Lottery and retire!!
